Quotes and price locks
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 14 days from submission. Final payment is confirmed after inspection.
Ownership
By submitting a device you confirm you are its lawful owner and that it is not reported lost or stolen. Blacklisted devices may be withheld and reported.
Shipping
Prepaid labels are provided free of charge anywhere in Canada. Risk of loss transfers to Prime Phones once the carrier scans the package.
Inspection and revised offers
If a device does not match the described condition, we send a revised offer. You may accept it, or we return the device free of charge.
Data
We wipe every device on receipt. You remain responsible for backing up your data and removing activation locks before handing it over.
Payment
Meetups in the Greater Toronto Area are paid in cash on the spot. Shipped devices are paid by Interac e-Transfer after inspection.
