About Prime Phones

Prime Phones is an Ontario-based buyback business. We started because carriers kept offering people a fraction of what their devices were really worth, in store credit. We pay real money instead.

How we price

Every price is set by our team for each exact model, storage size and condition. The number you see online is the number we pay, as long as the device matches what you told us.

What happens to your device

Every device is fully wiped, tested, and then refurbished for resale or responsibly recycled.
